Nutella

Here's the recipe I use to make homemade nutella. I found it somewhere on the internet a while back and modified it to my liking.

3/4 cup raw Hazelnuts
3 oz unsweetened baking chocolate
3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
2 Tbs agave nectar

Roast Hazelnuts in a 350 degree oven for about 10 minutes, stirring every few minutes so they don't burn.

While Hazelnuts are roasting, chop chocolate into small chunks and place in a double broiler over medium heat along with the sweetened condensed milk and the agave nectar.

When hazelnuts are done roasting, let them cool, then place them in food processor and mix. They will look like this after a minute or two.

keep mixing for about 5 more minutes, until it is the consistency of peanut butter. Then add your melted chocolate mixture.

Mix for another 3-5 minutes till smooth and voila!

You have fresh homemade nutella!
